Waterfront Housing

The Waterfront Housing Project, a vibrant residential development compromised of rental and condominium options, will be located on the eastern side of Bayfront Place. The mid-rise residential building will wrap one side of an interior parking structure. This design provides accessible parking for residents, especially in the winter months, while maintaining an attractive and walkable community setting.
